Does anyone have a view whether STO will have another share placement to fund its proposed 2010 capex?
When the last placment was announced the shares fell from over $17 to around $13.50. I think the current depressed price is partly because the market is anticpating a placment.
Being nervous about a placement I quit my 10,000 shares in STO this morning. But in my view, STO is a strong buy if there were to be no placement but the price will remain depressed until the issue is clarrified.
Please do your own research
