I think we all support capital expansion but there there several ways to fund it. My preference is by borrowings as this is not dilutive on shareholders and given the strong cash flow of STO I'm sure they could manage additional debt.
Placements made only to istitutional shareholders are not fair to other shareholders as they cannot benefit from the discounted SP. The beauty of the WPL offer is that ALL shareholders can participate and those that do not may get some funds back (this does not mean to imply that STO would do otherwise, but I do not know and this is what makes me nervous).
Hope this clarrifies my position.
