No. It should not be a speeding ticket. A speeding ticket would be tantamount to asking for a Trading Halt, for that is EXACTLY what MOG management's reply to such a "Ticket" more than likely will be: "We are not aware of anything more........Than speculation to MEO's Trading Halt and imminent announcement regarding the Farming Out of Artemis......".

So, a speeding ticket, is like asking MOG for a Trading Halt.....
