The problem with Phish is he is stuck with a limited perspective which turns around government approval, toro's expertise (or lack thereof) and so on. But life is not like that. The course of life is not linear, there are many up and down and sideways movements. Things can and do happen when we least expect them. Development could be closer, who knows? A black swan event is difficult to predict.
