I'm thinking along the same lines
The new report MUST be out by Nov 11 as per panel orders, subject to ASIC approving the draft - ASIC must therefore scrutinise (or have scrtinised already) the new report before Nov 11
Release to public will be mid week coming, at the latest - big day for Bowen!
