Well the announcement certainly has a positive spin to it. At least it shows that the company IS making progress on the deadlines that they previously set.
It's good that the company is also progressing discussions with industry rather then focusing everything on the NLC project.
Obviously the underlying issue here is funding, however I feel a bit better about the company now then I did about 3hrs ago.
