"One of these resolutions gave approval for a share capital issue of 150 million shares
at a price no less than 80% of the volume weighted average of the share price for 5 days preceding
any placement. Your company is continuing to discuss capital raising alternatives."

So, up to 150m shares at a price no less than 80% of VWAP of just under 8c.

Lowest raising price would be 6.3/6.4c according to my calcs and issuing of 150m shares would raise $10m+ depending on price.
