Point is insiders own a fair % of tradeable stock and can only trade for a few weeks every year. Consequently when they wish to buy or sell it can only be in these time frames. This is one of these times. So volume is increasing. I took this time of extra volatility to load up with a few more.
Whether it comes off or not depends on their marketing stategy. Its definately speculative, but I'm hoping that with all extra mining coming on hand they can increase their sales ala MMN
