I am sure Petrovsky wishes to cash in, and also the mean to raise fund via the stock market for drugs development and field trials.
He can easily sell 51% of Maxin to IMC for a price as per independent valuation. Cash and scripts would be the best way to go. We then can manage Maxim as a subsidiary, and responsible for 51% of operation cost and benefit… I am sure the ASX won’t say much on this partial acquisition. Cheers
