Well today is technically the last day of the 60-90 days wait before finding out about the NASDAQ listing.
So has the US Securities Commission already informed Mr Rogers and the boad of the outcome? If so, why haven't we found out yet?
What obligation does the board have to it's shareholders to notify them immediately regarding any news relating to the NASDAQ listing? I dare say they must notify us immediately to be in compliance with ASX Trading Policies and the like.
So, If the US Securities Commission has advised 60-90 days, surely we should have any answer by today.
Do they normally give this sort of time frame and then delay again?
