Round one has gone to BPC, the take over panel has declined an application by GMF for an interim order prohibiting BPC from sending out the bidder's statement.
It would be nice to know what reasoning the take over panel based that decision upon and whether that decision might give any indication on likely outcome of GMF's stance of unacceptable conditions in the bid by BPC as it presently stands.
