re: insolvent From the Chairman - "the Company has received an unsolicited recapitalisation proposal which has several conditions associated with it." - any idea from who and what might the conditions be.
AND
"The Board and Management of Strathfield continue to believe in the significant potential for the Company
provided it is effectively capitalised" - can this be interpretted as on the BRINK? Or without further cash injections it will need to wind up? (ie cannot trade out of this position) - Thoughts
