    I have been with QAD for about 4 years.......
    Since then had two restructurings......
    They also had some very good mining leases in the Kimberley....Somehow they "disappeared" ............
    Or more precisely, given for next to nothing to some friends(???) of the ...highly esteemed management.
    Anyway, good luck if you think it will go higher.....
