    re: will this be a mover? ypsilon Actually, Ypsilon, I think you'll find that the current Chairman of Quadrant Iridium, Michael Boyd, was elected to the Board in something of a 'palace coup' that saw the earlier management team ousted in June 2001.

    Boyd became a Director of Quadrant following an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 15 June 2001, which saw the mass resignation of Messrs Stowell, Fogarty and O'Donnell who, I believe, may have presided over the events you describe.

    Certainly, as evidenced by changes to its registered office, the various remunerations subsequently paid, the less 'glossy' appearance of Annual Reports, etc, the company would appear to have adopted a more 'stripped down' approach from about that time.

    Given the above, it would be unfortunate to tar present management with too indiscriminate a brush, Ypsilon.
