    Still no ANN re commencement of drilling so far.

    Call me an optimist, but I hope it's a sign that maybe they think they can come out with some positive news soon.

    If they had clearly missed the announced February timeline (which they apparently have) and saw no way of commencing at least very soon, I think they would have come out with an announcement by the end of Feb, i.e. today.
