4400 shares is not many, I would ignore this.
If on the other hand it was 400,000 then I would be worried. Directors are allowed to sell thier holdings, and I think you will find that his total holding is magnitudes greater than this sale.
I, presonally am buying and holding. Just think of this.... There is much m/a activity going to come & ben is in position to either acquire or be taken over, either way it will be good for shareholders.
