it seems that was the case but imo they have overcome the issue, why do i say this when i am only guessing? because of the people who backed this last placement, these guys at Azure are some of the best in the business and i am sure they would have run the ruler over this a few times, they don't just throw money in a sinking ship, they control alot of the smart money in the current WA market, it gives my more confidence to see their name as opposed to a southern cross or hartleys who are just out for the broking fees.
