Our regulators ( ASX/Asic combined) put a stop to FMJ raising any further funds until they provide more information surrounding the new directors and Madame Cheung.
It looked like FMJ and ASX were in discussion to resolve matters, going by the announcements.
Is there more to this? How difficult is it to provide additional information about the new directors???
There was of course a potential issue of trading insolvent, but I think that is covered.
How much longer must we wait for Madame Cheung and her group of directors to comply with the requests?
