Yes, I do see your point on the trades you mentioned. To my way of thinking, in a game of cards, only a fool would tell the other players their hand. Likewise when trading; if someone wants to get in cheap, they are better off not attracting attention to the stock by saying they have a truckload of cash to offload. If people believed their claims credible, they would be trying to jump in ahead of the queue.

But maybe some people are genuinely happy to share with others their intentions. No problems.. there is no harm in that.. it is just not normally conventional. But if the poster is so cocksure this is gonna rocket.. half a cent difference on entry price for a multibagger isn't a real big deal.
