The sell off today is completely rational. They announced that they will take >$5m subscriptions in the SPP so holders who weren't sure how much allocation they would get were more confident to sell today knowing they will get it back cheaper thus locking in a profit. And good on them thats the reward for being there before the news. It isn't any more complicated than that.
