The govt has announced this exact same policy about 10 times now. Yes we get it. $5b of loans. You have told us ten times already. We want to know about actual PROJECTS and loan criteria. FFS this is getting ridiculous now. They are only still at 'Discussion paper' stage? This is pathetic. WTF was Abbott doing in his first two years? He just kept repeating the same slogans 'develop the north' and 'infrastructure pm' but he never intended on doing anything.
