Not sure it's correct to assume the new US Government will have any inclination to expand carbon free energy via the addition of nuclear plants...Trump and his appointments have signaled nothing to suggest that carbon free energy is a priority or even on their agenda - quite the opposite in fact!
Aside from PEN's assets being in Wyoming, who cares about the US when the Chinese are investing US$570b and building 60 new reactors.
