I think people are forgetting this stock when first listed closed at 1.80
It hit a peak at 2.71 and really when south hard in september 2008 when it crashed to where it is now.
The situation is different now, eg Rio would have gone to the Chinese and Minmetals wouldn't have upped the buying price for Ozl mines if it were.
If financing is the dominant risk, banks will choose administration in the absence of any other solutions, again look at OZL and see how lenient the banks were.
