Being a shareholder in RMS for me has been both succesful and a humbling experience.

Back when gold was in favour and Wattle Dam was powering along, I bought RMS at around 45c and sold out between $1.30 and $1.00, a success.

After re-entering earlier this year at 30c, I am still holding, very humbling.

So will this golden horse ever race again..... Tony Locantro thinks so.

In the December issue of "The Pick", a investor magazine that is inserted into the AFR, Tony has listed his two stock picks for Q1 2014 as MEP & RMS.

On RMS, Tony says "Undervalued and unloved WA gold producer with recent share price weakness a result of a ball mill motor failure at the Mount Magent mine. Once rectified, higher grade ore is to be sourced and all-in costs could fall further from AUD $1300".

Tony also listed the sector to watch in Q1 2014 as "Australian ASX gold producers".

For me, I would like to hear from management want cost reductions they have managed to negoiate with Watpac and how they will be further reducing costs in 2014.

With paper gold at USD 1,200 and the AUD exchange rate hovering around 90c US, not much fat around an all in production cost of AUD $1300.
