Look what the share price does when the market figures out you are about to start making money again....!
People prrimarly buy shares based on futures earnings potential.
Gold at USD $1,320 = AUD gold price of $1,460.
RMS cash cost in December quarter AUD $1,450, compared to average cash cost of $1,301 in the September quarter.
Average sale price for our gold in December quarter was AUD $1,393.... an unprofitable company.
Gold is now up AUD $50+ per ounce and looking strong and stable.
RMS "group" cash costs on track to reduce with Coogee open pit cash cost forecast to continue to drop. In September quarter, Coogee cash cost was AUD $1,329, in December it was AUD $1,180 and RMS management has stated it expects cash costs of AUD $1,000 in the March quarter..... a nice trend.
Mount Magnet remains the key, if management can get cost at Mount Magnet down to AUD $1,200 or below and if Coogee delivers as stated.........WATCH OUT!
And don't get me started on the potential at Vivien.
Patience and some kahuna's are starting to be rewarded (IMO).
