The proverbial $64 question of course!
The aspect I like about CCI's is simply that the 'deal' is 'real'. We are not waiting on a well to hit oil or a drilling program to find ore - its all there at Ruighoek. Sure it seems there is a little more drilling to do regarding the plan for the Open Cut Production but otherwise there would seem to be no unforseen matters to resolve.
Certainly the people that have been keeping CCI 'afloat' in recent times seem to be convinced as are the Project Financiers (admittedly it not a great deal of money) and importantly the BEE Partner who are a Company of some note in SA.
If they can quickly crank up production from the Open Cut to 300,000t (refer latest quarterly) at a $US100 margin - they are really going to be in the $$$. Also, it may be likely that the BEE Partner will pay for their 26% out of profits - so in the short term the full revenue will accrue to CCI. And there are R22m in Tax Credits also available.
