Hoofa I echo your sentiments, but rather that just bashing away on a keyboard (as much as we may want to), have you ever tried to reach out to the board for a conversation? Reach them through LinkedIn, have a conversation with them and then revert here. If that does not work, reach out to the largest fund manager on the share register, they can put pressure on the board (and probably have).

To be fair to them, they did not "lose $1.6M for the quarter." We all know that cash does not exactly replicate sales so most likely this quarter cash receipts are higher than sales (which does not make them profitable).

RIMAB performance makes my gut churn. All i want (which is not much) is for the software division to keep growing and well enough to subsidize the shit show that is RIMAB. Thus far i have been asking for too much! I was impressed with the ~$900k of software ARR added last quarter, although it takes some time for that to convert to billing.
