Without going back through the announcements, I believe that CDS mentioned it in one of their announcements last year (maybe Sept-Nov) and I think it was in reference to chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX listing rules and the nature for change of nature of (core) business (or something similar).

Imho Bungi2 was on the mark with a VWAP over the past two months however I also thought that there was an option to get an independent valuation done to achieve the same result.

Although market sentiment is affected, regardless of whether we are listed as a mining company or not will not change management's focus upon drilling and proving up further resources or continuing to tick milestones off until such time that the first truck load is driven 40klm's and dropped off on Eskom's doorstep.
