going under 20 cents does not restart the 2 months.
CDS need a 20 cents VWAP (volume weighted average price) over the 2 months to meet the rule. at the moment its probably closer to 30 cents than 20 cents and only about a week to go for the 2 months to expire.
It may already be a VWAP of 20 cents given the price and volumes that were going through a month ago.
I beleive they also need to have 400 names and $2 million in cash to comply with the listing rules. I'm assuming they will raise some capital to ensure they comply with this part.
If you bought for long term you shouldn't be worried, if you didn't buy for long term you should have sold out when it went over 40 cents.
