While many spp trade back to issue price, there are quite a number that don't. e.g. AIO, HZN, SDL, CDU
There is always a chance company releases good information to reward shareholders for taking up spp. I have no feel for which one this will turn out to be....but have bought in mid range of offer as market would have to come back a long way to be losing money.
