Yes every situation is different but in my experience most SPPs tend to gravitate back to the issue price afterwards often to then kick on once the overhang is over.

MAK is the latest example of an SPP that I followed. Was sitting in the 50s-60s before the SPP. SPP was at 43c. Once shares were issued the share price eventually fell to below 40c. Mind you it was a very large issue of shares.
