The Sari Club is a perfect target. Balinese are Hindu therefore they are the enemy just like they are trying to kill off minority Christians in Arche. There is always a lot of locals hanging around the Sari (hawkers, drivers, kids...) so there will be a lot of local casualties.
Most of the tourist facilities in Bali are operated by military or political leaders so make no mistake. The military will do there best to hunt those involved because their investments depend on it.
I know this much about Indo's- money transcends ALL other matters.
