For sure there are brokers black mouthing the stock and promoting their favourites like ARX and AVH, even though there is not much relationship.
Sell off of 8m shares initially and 5m yesterday in response to the announcements. But if you look at the announcements they don't deserve to be sold off IMO. So someone who doesn't like the company is pouring out bad sentiments and rumors.
