I think once the stage 1&2 funding has been raised for the Hellyer Project, INL will be in great shape.

I’m not sure how much money needs to be raised ($70-100m has been suggested), but once the price of zinc recovers this should not be a problem.
The worldwide credit squeeze is not going to help with regard to financing so there may be another capital raising through share issues/options (hopefully not).
