Well said there are some absolute clowns on this forum.
Probably people that have never done a trade in their lives.
Its a classic oversell.im not saying its a buy yet but in time you will see this stock a lot higher.
I can imagine the shorters have had a field say with the share price in the past month.
Its a long term hold for me now..im not happy at all but at 65 cents it seems a bottom drawer stock still paying divends not sure what its p/e ratio is at the moment.
Cant see any other real estates floating in the future..the brokers stiched a lot of us up on this issue..as long as they their fees then thats all they care about..
Hope the back end of 17 is better for all of us.
