I could be worng and probably very optimistic. But I have a feeling we will see a buyout of the Class A's at 1.20 in the coming months. If they offer less than $1.20 some people will not accept the offer and it will restrict their ability to pay div's still - it would be much easier to pay up.

I wouldn't be surprised if the loan from Hoffmeister gets repaid (probably partially) in OCT and they raise the money to buy out the shares with a combination of cash/debt and a small rights issue underwritten by Catelan - a nice way to get more equity.
