osl looks to me like it is setting up for a capital raising. that run up to 14c looked highly artificial
less than 2 quarters cash on hand and doesnt get its stage 3 results until the end of that timeframe.
tech may one day be worth something great - but for now i think this SP goes sideways then down until they do their raising.
