well only because PENOC seems underpriced compared to heads. maybe.
but very risky at this stage. Uranium is down to $50/lb. I still don't have confidence in a recovery, but depends on media going forward. That's the longer term issue.
So answer is don't know. often don't know until right before I buy, but will only today if there seems a certain change of direction coming with value to exploit. That's my trading.
Anyway, the best chance to trade was yesterday. Waited patiently, it came, used it carefully but now its gone.
