The judge will realise that Lynas is still on trial for 2 years and it is not carte blanche.
There is an "out" clause if the plant fails environmental benchmarks.
Minorities cannot rule a country. (take note Aust Greens....your time is coming)
Malaysian foreign investment credibility is at stake.
