I'm just wondering..... if the President of Madagascar wins the election, is that likely to be interpreted by the market as a positive for Base? Or, is the President irrelevant for the longer term picture?
If someone else gets in, it seems the community support for Toliara would remain strong, so perhaps it's unlikely the project would halt under a different leader?
In other words, regardless of what happens politically, is there much chance the stock price will react? Perhaps all we need is an official government statement of Toliara approval to proceed, and then the price will suddenly rerate.
