What do you think market makers do they run algos written in C++ programming language running on NIX* operating systems running on colocation servers at the ASX liquidity data centre. Its the market makers that do the spread if they were bullish or the SM they would of supported the stock price. HC members don't have much influence on the stock price that's for sure.
