I think it has more to with people investors not being able to appreciate the potential market value of these announcements. But the company is definitely worth much more than 6 months ago, or even last week. The share price just doesn't reflect it. But that is actually good for investors who want to accumulate, even though its frustrating for those who already hold a lot.
