The truth is that a 60% spike in the share price on the back of the FDA announcement wasn't justified or sustainable, and the HS2 vaccine result is still an interim one based on just 20 patients. But both are still excellent announcements and show that the company is on the right path.
As for suggestions of "outsourcing the vaccine business to CSL" so the company can make the Cardiocel "cash positive", that doesn't make much sense. The vascular patch business will be profitable for the company very soon, and I am happy with the progress with the vaccine research which is far to early in development to give away.
