I also wonder how much the performance of this stock is taking its cues from LBT. There was a huge cross trade at end of trade on LBT today ~2.6M shares which to LBT holders explains why the SP appeared suppressed all day.
Edit: correction.
The apparent cross trade was not marked as XT, but...the buy and sell together was pretty obvious something was going on.
