I am very hopeful of a positive outcome to the "signatures" fiasco.

MEO must have thought that it was going to be signed sealed and delivered when they called the trading halt last Monday - ready for the farm-in announcement on Wednesday.
One of the two parties has already signed.

But it was not to be! Whatever the hiccup, one would think that the "issue" is not unsolvable as it must have been close to being a done deal last wednesday.

If it's not tomorrow, it couldn't be that far away - the done deal that is. But tomorrow would be nice.
