not exactly what i asked but you keep beating the same drum . you are applying logic and if logic was to apply this thing would have folded long ago .
We are assuming banks apply the same rules to mum/dad mortgage holders as they do to enterprises like this one and the last few years have demonstrated that this is not the case .
