A recent snippet is a positive start but there is a long way to go.

It is not possible to win over an area though blanket aerial bombing raids in Idlib.  All that does is 1) unite HTS factions that may  otherwise fracture  2) Provide convenient rubble in which HTS can establish fighting positions and 3) ensure ongoing civilian support to HTS and Turkish rule as an alternative to Assad.  The current campaign reeks of an ethnic cleansing agenda.  My opinion (no links).
