One more thing.. Centro does take care of its employees and regards them as assets to the company. They have a complex structure and does not want to train new people on board especially during this time. So they have taken the intiative to keep their employees by providing a pay rise. Anyways if that was an issue you would have seen he press having a field day.
Remember the press have never shown any mercy towards centro before and are not about to now.
