I do not and i will not have to prove my info to you or anyone on this board. If you read my post closely you will notice it is "NOT my OPINION" but my wifes own words and if her info is sketchy then i married the wrong person.
Where have i been til now you ask. i don't normally post because of ppl like you.... i try to add value for you guys and get grilled... why bother...

BTW it is not just one bank lending... so maybe you should ask your "bank buddies" for some info.....
