I am not being overly negative. I am merely stating facts.

Just because I hold the stock, does not mean I need to pretend like everything is great and we are all sitting pretty.

For some on this board, Centro could announce that it had gone into administration and they would still be finding ways to say why their share holdings will rise in value.

My honest opinion is that the extension will occur and that Centro will need to commence selling individual or multiple properties to repay the debt. Whether this can occur by 30 September, I am not sure - but if they show good progress, another extension would be on the cards.
